A Stormy Night - by GeorginaOne stormy night, holly and polly were walking home from a party, when they suddenly heard a noise coming from the spooky church.
They both dared each other to go in there.
Finally ,they both decided to go in together. As there pointy finger's reached for the door,it slowly it quickly slammed shut! It gave both of them a big jump.
"This church is old and dusty with loads of insects near the wall's holly".
A strange figure jumped in front of them. They screamed so loud, the whole world could hear them. Then they only realised that it was a vampire!!The vampire flew to the door and said goodbye, then he said
"if you ever come back again i will turn you into one of my slave's forever and you will never see anyone again."
Not turning back, they quickly ran to the broken door. when they got home they went straight to bed with nightmares!
Why I didn’t turn back... by Natasha and Isobel
In the dark spooky night after school, my friend told me there was a bear in a spooky cave. I love bears, was over the moon when I heard about the cuddly, soft, sweet bear.
I went into the cave to look for the bear...
I turned to see if my friend was behind me: shaking with terror – she had ditched me! I never thought she was that kind of girl. And I didn’t realise I had dropped my diary.
My heart was pounding, wondering why I didn’t turn back when I had the chance! This was a horrible disaster... I was petrified, looking around.
After a while, a girl walked into the cave and found my diary that had been dropped, sat down in the corner of the cave and read.
I heard laughing, “Hello is anybody there?” I yelled, not being able to hold my hand still. I carried on my adventure wondering is there even a bear?
Meanwhile, the girl had been reading about my relationship (and laughing).
I stood still hearing laughing from behind and despite being terrified, still carried on. It was now 11:10pm as I got deeper and deeper into the cave...
Suddenly there was no light. “Now what do I do?”
My eyes started welling up as this had turned out to be the worst day of my life! I fell back onto the hard rocky ground. I felt my hot sweaty forehead and it was bleeding violently.
Just when I thought all hope was gone I found a small and very faint torch. I twirled it round impatiently trying to find the button, it wasn’t large it was actually very thin and stiff, it took me about five minutes to get a light and to be honest with you it wasn’t really worth the struggle because it kept turning off every two minutes.
But it did help me find something, it was a cracked hand mirror with an engravement on the back it said “have fun”. At that moment those words were not very useful especially as I was not having fun. BANG! The light on my torch suddenly blew out! No! How can this be happening OW I just banged my head on what looks like a wall. IT’S THE END OF THE CAVE! I look back quickly hoping I can see the way back, I can’t.
I know I won’t survive much longer...
